The 2008 Indiana Paddler's Rendezvous was held August 1-3, 2008.
The water level was a bit boney but most places were passable. I did about 1 year's worth of wear in one day on my fiberglass solo canoe. For planning purposes the water level was approximately 150 cfs or 1.83 ft. Another 6 inches would have been really nice.

I would agree with what Reggie said. At this level of 150 cfs on the owasco gage ( http://www.wildcatcreek.net/current_streamflow/ )you are getting to the point where there is only one place to float the rapids. While still a fun trip, you would need to walk your boat over many of the rapids in this section.

You are getting close to the min. recommended flow at this level. Reggie is dead on when he says that 6 more inches of water would make the float better.
